At Meikappi Products Private Limited, we take immense pride in delivering the authentic taste of Manipur across India. Since our products are primarily indigenous dried foods, they are naturally suited for long-distance travel, ensuring you receive the highest quality even at a distance.

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across India. From urban centers to remote locations, we strive to bring Manipur’s flavors to every doorstep.

2. Processing Time

·         All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

·         Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

·         If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak harvest seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·         Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 9 business days depending on your location relative to Manipur.

·         Express Shipping: Available for select pin codes with a delivery window of 3 to 5 business days.

4. Special Handling of Dried Products

One of the benefits of our dried food range (sun-dried vegetables, smoked proteins, and fermented items) is their natural shelf stability.

·         Packaging: We use moisture-proof, airtight packaging to ensure that humidity does not affect the texture or flavor of the products during transit.

·         Temperature: Our products are cured to withstand standard transit temperatures without the need for refrigeration until they reach you.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages and Issues

Meikappi is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

·         Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

·         Photographs of the damaged package are required for a quick resolution.

7. Delivery Address & Pincodes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and includes a valid phone number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the consumer.
