 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Meikappi mobile application and website (“Platform”) operated by Meikappi Products Private Limited (CIN: U10200MN2025PTC015438). By accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Product Authenticity & Description

·         Indigenous Sourcing: We source dried food products directly from local producers in Manipur.

·         Natural Variations: As these are indigenous, handcrafted products, you acknowledge that there may be slight variations in color, size, and texture compared to the images shown on the Platform.

·         Usage: All products are sold for personal consumption. Any commercial resale without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payments

·         Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

·         Changes: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

·         Payments: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to the Meikappi name, logo, product descriptions, and images, is the exclusive property of Meikappi Products Private Limited. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

·         Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

·         Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or user accounts.

·         Posting fraudulent reviews or misleading information.

·         Using bots or automated tools to scrape data from the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

·         Meikappi Products Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

·         We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

·         Health Disclaimer: Customers with specific food allergies must read product ingredients carefully. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to indigenous ingredients that are clearly disclosed.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if we suspect any fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Imphal, Manipur.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
